No Bake Nut & Seed Bars

Serves: 12 bars
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- ½ cup nut butter (I used almond)
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- ¼ cup raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Press mixture into an 8 X 8 pan until flat and evenly distributed
- Place in refrigerator for 1 hour
- Remove from refrigerator and cut into 12 even pieces
- Serve and enjoy!
