This is such a great summer dish. Great as a side dish or dessert! Very cool, refreshing & light!
1 whole (personal) watermelon (or really, as much as you would like)
2 cups cucumber
2 or 3 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
juice from 2 limes
zest from 2 limes
1 tablespoon of basil
Chop all ingredients & mix together! It’s really as simple as that.
