Ingredients
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen, washed if fresh)
  • ½ avocado (pitted and peeled)
  • 1 cup non dairy milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • ice to taste
  • 1 - 3 teaspoons honey, optional
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, prepared as needed
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve Immediately
