If you follow me on Instagram, you know how much I have been loving the new protein powders from Bob’s Red Mill! On the weekends, I always make my daughter and I homemade waffles and pancakes, and I’ve been using all of the protein powders to make various flavors of waffles or pancakes on Saturday and Sunday morning.
The easiest way to make protein waffles or pancakes is using a serving of any of the Bob’s Red Mill protein powders, one egg, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda & almond milk until the batter is the consistency of pancake or waffle batter. My favorite so far has been vanilla, but the chai is a very strong second place contender!
The best part of Bob’s Red Mill protein powders is that they are allergen free (free of gluten, dairy and soy) and they also are packed with 12g of fiber. Check out all the other nutritional boosters here! These powders are really great options for plant based protein sources, and I really hope you try them out!!
